• Terms and Conditions govern www.backhomeoutdoorsnc.com and the goods and products it sells.

Products & Services:

• Product Descriptions: The product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for any discrepancies. 
• Availability: Products may be subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities. 

Payment Terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: we accept all credit cards and forms of payment
• Pricing: as determined on the website
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email when your order is place and when it ships

Shipping & Delivery:

• Shipping Costs:  Shipping costs are based on location of address entered during the order. If living in Beaufort County, NC, we will deliver for free
• Delivery Times: We do the best as we can to get the order in the mail next day, but we use the USPS and we are on their timeline regarding delivery
• Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address

Returns & Refunds:

• Return Policy: If you need to return the product, please reach out to us immediately at backhomeoutdoorsnc@gmail.com for a shipping address to return the product. We will exchange the product for but will charge for shipping. We accept exchanges. There is no restocking fee and we will do our best to get your refund to you within 5 business days. It is the customers responsibility to incur the costs to ship the product back. 
• Refund Policy: If the product is returned in the original state, we will refund the full cost of the shirt minus shipping within 5 days. 
• Damaged/Defective Goods: if you receive a product that is damaged, please reach out to us through email at backhomeoutdoorsnc@gmail.com and we will replace the product once it is received back to us and evaluate the damage goods.

• Trademarks: Back Home Outdoors trademarks and logos are protected and unauthorized use is prohibited.
• User Content: If you submit content, we obtain ownership and use of that content.
